We proudly ship all over South Africa. Whether you're in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, or any other area, we've got you covered. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. -
Processing & Delivery Times:
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but please allow up to 7–14 business days for delivery after processing.Please note that during peak times (e.g., holidays or sales periods), delivery may take a bit longer.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We will do our best to ensure you get the best value for your delivery, and we only charge what it costs to send your items safely. -
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel. Tracking information may take a day or two to update. -
Accuracy of Delivery Details:
Please double-check your delivery address and contact details when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout. If you realise that you've made a mistake, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. -
Product Quality & Inspection:

No Returns Accepted:
Due to the nature of our mystery boxes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please make sure you are satisfied with your selections before finalizing your purchase. -
Missing or Damaged Orders:
While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, accidents can happen during transit. Rest assured, we partner only with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. If your package is damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate and resolve the issue. -
Custom Duties & Taxes:
Please note that any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid when your package arrives in your country. We cannot be held responsible for customs delays.
